How far ahead do I need to book?
Please book as early as possible. This gives us enough time to select and properly install the exact child seats needed for your trip.
Do you fit the child car seat, or do I?
Our professional drivers handle everything. Every seat is securely fitted and safety-checked before the vehicle arrives at your door.
Are your child car seats clean and safe?
Yes. All child seats are deeply sanitised before and after every ride, and we only use premium brands that meet strict Australian Safety Standards.
What age-appropriate child seats do you provide?
Approved restraints are legally required for children aged 0 to 7 years or under 145 cm tall. We provide:
- 0 to 6 months: secure, rear-facing baby capsules.
- 6 months to 4 years: forward-facing baby seats with built-in safety harnesses.
- 4 to 7 years (or under 145 cm): premium booster seats using your vehicle's lap-sash seat belts.
Can I book transfers for multiple children?
Yes, our vehicles can fit multiple child seats per ride. Just choose the number and type of seats your children need when you book.
What if my flight is delayed?
Don't worry. We track your flight status in real time, so your chauffeur will be waiting at the terminal when you land.
Is the fare really fixed?
Yes, your fare is fixed when you pay. Road tolls or airport parking on the day are charged separately, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my booking?
