What we collect
When you book or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates and times, flight numbers, and the passengers, bags and child seats you need. We never see or store your card details: payments are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
We use your details to arrange and complete your trip, fit the right child seats, track your flight, send your booking confirmation and contact you about your booking. We do not use them for anything else without asking you.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed: trip details with your driver, payment details with our payment provider, and addresses with Google Maps to find your route. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as the law requires for tax and business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where the law allows. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
