How to cancel
Cancellations must be made in writing. Email contact@bossandbubstaxi.com.au with your booking reference.
Cancellation fees
Cancel more than 6 hours before pickup and you get a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee. Cancel within 6 hours of pickup, or decide not to travel, and the full fare is charged with no refund.
No-shows
If you don't arrive and we can't reach you after the free waiting time, the full fare is charged and is not refunded.
Changing instead of cancelling
If your plans change, we'd rather move your booking than cancel it. Call us and we'll find a new time.
If we have to cancel
If we ever have to cancel, you get a full refund.
